PlasmaIONG
Plasma Technology for Ultra-Low Friction
Plasma Technology for Ultra-Low Friction
Plasma Ion G is a plasma-engineered ultra-low friction coating specifically developed for rubber, elastomer, and polymer components. It creates an ultra-thin functional surface layer that delivers an exceptionally low coefficient of friction, maximizing sliding performance while significantly reducing insertion, assembly, and operating forces.
The coating provides long-lasting low-friction performance without affecting the component's dimensions, mechanical properties, or functional tolerances. It is ideally suited for O-rings, seals, gaskets, and technical components where maximum surface slip and minimum friction are essential.
