Plasmapps has developed a plasmochemical process for depositing diamond-like carbon (DLC) coatings. The coating is perfectly adherent to many materials (metals, alloys, ceramics, glass, etc.) and stable up to 300°C and resistant to corrosion and chemicals attacks. The coating provides materials with low friction stable over the time.
The deposition of this kind of coating on Polymers make them resistant to abrasion and wear. The coating is colored. If the surface of materials is smooth and reflective, the coating gets a defined color, changing from red to violet.Provides materials with hard and colored coatings making them wear, anti-scratch and abrasion resistant.
